Q.TikTokへの参加方法がわかりません。
A.決済後、CAMPFIREから自動送信されるメール（タイトル：【CAMPFIRE】参加完了のお知らせ」）内にて、TikTokへの参加手順をご案内しております。
【@camp-fire.jp】のドメインからメールを受信できるように設定をお願いいたします
Q.決済をしましたがCAMPFIREからメールが届きません。
A.CAMPFIREからのメールが迷惑メールフォルダなどにメールが振り分けられていないかご確認ください。
Q.TikTokIDのアカウント等を変更したい
A.入会時にお送りしている（タイトル：【CAMPFIRE】参加完了のお知らせ」）にご連絡している
　Formより変更前と変更後の名称やIDを記載の上再度ご連絡をお願い致します。
　ご連絡頂いた後変更前のものは削除し、新しくご連絡いただいたものを登録させていただきます。
　※Formが見当たらない場合はメッセージにてお問合せをお願いいたします。
Q.TikTokのフォローをやめたのですが決済が続いています。
A.会員限定のTikTok解除/退会しただけでは解約になりません。
また解約の旨のご連絡を運営事務局にいただいただけでは解約になりません。
必ずご自身でCAMPFIREサイトでの解約手続きをお願いいたします。

I am YU, a mother of two and a body make-up trainer (^^).
While enjoying sharing on SNS privately, I noticed my followers increasing, which makes me incredibly happy ♡. With the support and interaction from many people, I've decided to open an online salon to showcase more of my various aspects 🫣.
I will be unveiling the usual YU here without any filters (laughs! I will share as it is 🫣), including my daily activities, offshots, and thoughts (^^).
I aspire to make this salon a special place where you can feel the closest to the real me ✨. I'm looking forward to enjoying it with all of you.

Q. I don't know how to participate in TikTok.
A. After the payment, please check the email automatically sent from CAMPFIRE (Subject: [CAMPFIRE] Participation completed notice), where we provide guidance on how to participate in TikTok. Please set up your settings to receive emails from the domain [@camp-fire.jp].
Q. I made the payment, but I haven't received an email from CAMPFIRE.
A. Please check your spam folder or other categories in your email to ensure that emails from CAMPFIRE are not being sorted there.
Q. I want to change my TikTok ID or account.
A. Please contact us using the form provided in the email sent at the time of enrollment (Subject: [CAMPFIRE] Participation completed notice). Please provide the previous and new names or IDs, and we will update them accordingly. If you can't find the form, please contact us via message.
Q. I have stopped following TikTok, but the payment continues.
A. Unsubscribing or withdrawing from the members-only TikTok does not automatically cancel the subscription. Additionally, contacting the administrative office about the cancellation is not enough.
